Garco Blue Diamond Premium Polyurethane our premium quality, VOC Compliant (at or below 350 grams / liter) , oil-modified polyurethane developed specifically for the hardwood flooring industry. Garco® Blue DiamondTM Premium Polyurethane provides an extremely tough, high build gloss finish with superior flow and leveling.
